RispondiEliminaCiao complimenti per il blog! Le spezie le uso da anni anche io nel mio birdfish. Lascio a stagionare 3 mesi una miscela di spezie e pastoncino rosso umido. Uso cannella, noce moscata, chiodi di garofano e pepe bianco. 200/250gr di spezie miste ogni kg di pastoncino. Invece al pastoncino giallo ci abbino curry (o se lo trovo ras el hanout), chiodi di garofano e l'incredibile cumino! Poi questi pastoncini speziati li inserisco nel mix con una dose del 20%
